Tayana Edwards

Recruitment Specialist

Tayana Edwards is a key member of the Celebrate Ability administrative team working primarily as a recruitment specialist. She started her journey in the autism field working as an ABA therapist while completing her master’s degree in business administration. Currently she is working towards her master’s degree in special education. She joined Celebrate Ability as an in-home staff for our Autism Waiver department in the fall of 2022 and has also worked as a service provider in our adult self-directed service department. She believes in promoting client independence and is passionate about helping families. As a recruitment specialist, she is excited to help hire great staff to help support Celebrate Ability clients and families.
