Harlee Sanders 

Case Manager/Family Consultant

Prior to joining Celebrate Ability’s team as a Case Manager and Family Consultant, Harlee worked with clients on the autism spectrum for over 10 years in both school and home settings.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work and a Master of Education with an endorsement in low-incidence disabilities.  For the last six years, Harlee has worked as a special educator in autism classrooms.  Her passion is training families and staff on how to increase their child’s communication skills, especially in increasing use of communication devices, and working on skills that will benefit clients throughout their lifetime. Outside of work, Harlee enjoys spending time with her dogs, hiking, reading, and watching sports with friends. She is excited to build long-lasting relationships with our families and their children!
