Case Manager
Donsu Adams is an 18 year veteran/mentor special education teacher currently working as Family Consultant and Case Manager for Celebrate Ability. This mother of 3 began her career working in Intensive Early Intervention for CSAAC, while completing her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education at John Hopkin’s University. Post graduation she was invited to teach in their graduate program. She has worked with families and school systems across Maryland, Virginia, and Florida at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels. She was awarded teacher of year in 2010 and nominated a second time in 2020. She enjoys sharing her self-written social skills and emotional regulation curriculum with students and families. She strives to help each student reach their true potential. She is passionate about Celebrate Ability’s mission to empower and engage individuals with autism and their families.
